What’s the difference between a General Clean and Deep Clean?2023-02-21T21:43:26+00:00

Our General cleaning package is for homes that need a general hoover, mopping, dusting and surface wipedown/disinfected. General cleans help to maintain a clean and hygienic home and generally take a lot less time than a deep clean. 

The Deep cleaning package includes everything in the general clean plus a thorough scrub and detailed clean of areas that are prone to get dirty and greasy. We recommend this option for first time clients, if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned before / in a long time (over 4 months ago) or if your home is quite dirty.

What is the Move In / Out cleaning service?2023-03-15T22:40:36+00:00

This is our most detailed cleaning package which includes a full deep clean (everything included in the deep clean) plus extra services that include a deep clean of your stove and oven, inside of the fridge, cupboards, microwave & inside of your windows.

The intention of this clean is to turn empty homes that were once used back into a beautifully clean house ready for new homeowners/tenants.

This gives you the flexibility of choosing which rooms you want to have deep cleaned and which ones you want to have general cleaned. An example would be to have your whole house general cleaned but your bathroom and kitchen deep cleaned as these areas usually get the most dirtiest.

For first time clients or clients who have not had their home professionally cleaned, we recommend a deep clean as this will allow for extra time to clean areas that may have been missed or not touched in a long time.

No, you don’t need to provide any equipment or products. We will bring all the products and cleaning equipment. If you do have any allergies or sensitivities, please do let us know so we can accommodate accordingly.

Each home is different (size, location, cleanliness etc) and so are we! That’s why we do not price by the hour but provide a personalised quote for your home. Here’s how it works:

1. Get in touch with us via phone or Whatsapp
2. We’ll ask a few quick questions and arrange to visit your home (at no cost to you)
3. We will then give you a personalised quote. If you decide to take on our service we will book you in.

To Maintain a Clean Home

General Clean Service

Our General cleaning package is excellent for homes which require lighter cleans such as vacuuming, mopping, wiping down of surfaces, all of which helps to maintain a clean, hygienic and happy home.

  • All Rooms: Cleaning includes vacuuming all floors, mopping, dusting, and wiping down of external surfaces

  • Kitchen – We clean the sink and surface area, (does NOT include dishes but can be done at an additional fee), counter tops, outer cupboards and stove top

  • Bathroom – Toilet clean, shower/bath tub clean, sink, handles, lota (Istinja bidet)

Deep Clean Service

Our deep cleaning package is brilliant if you are a first time customer or if your home needs a more detailed clean, especially if its a little more on the messy and dirty side (don’t worry we understand life is hectic and cleaning is not always the first thing in mind!). We will scrub areas which tend to get very dirty and give your home a thorough clean removing dust, dirt and grime along the way.

  • Cleaning includes everything included in the general cleaning package PLUS

  • Detailed clean of all external surface areas & light organisation of all rooms

  • Detailed dusting, skirting-board clean, light switches & door handles

This is an all inclusive package where we carry out a deep clean of your home (usually empty homes) as well as 5 additional add on cleaning services that need to be done during a move in / move out (Deep clean of stove and oven, inside of the fridge, cupboards, microwave and inside of windows)

  • Deep clean of stove and oven, inside of fridge, cupboards, microwave & inside of windows

  • This is our most detailed package that we offer with the intention to turn an empty home into a beautifully clean house ready for new homeowners or tenants

Flexible Cleaning Option

This option is great for when you want some rooms deep cleaned whilst others only need a general clean. An example would be to have your whole house general cleaned but your bathroom and kitchen deep cleaned as these areas usually get the most dirtiest. Its up to you which rooms you want deep cleaned and which ones you want general cleaned.
