No, you do not need to be at home during the clean. However, for the first clean, we do require someone to be present so we can familiarise ourselves with your home, discuss any specific requirements, and ensure everything is completed to your expectations.

Many of our clients are comfortable with us cleaning their homes while they are not present. However, this is entirely up to you and what you feel most comfortable with.
