Our General cleaning package is for homes that are relatively clean and won’t take too long to clean. this package includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting and wipe downs
Our Deep cleaning package on the other hand, includes a more detailed clean or all external surface areas and light organisation. We recommend this option if your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned before or if it’s a first time clean. It is also for homes which are quite dirty.
This is our most detailed cleaning package which includes a full deep clean plus extra services that include deep clean of stove and oven, inside of fridge, cupboards, microwave & inside of windows
The intention of this clean is to turn empty homes that were once used back into a beautifully clean house ready for new homeowners
As part of serving our local community, we understand that some people struggle to do everyday tasks due to physical or mental ill health. As such we provide a regular service where you get to choose how many times a week you need help with your tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dishes etc. This service is for the people of Dewsbury, Batley and Heckmondwike only. For first time clients or clients who have not had their home professionally cleaned, we recommend a deep clean as this will allow for extra time to clean areas that may have been missed or not touched in a long time
No you do not need to provide any equipment or essentials. We will bring all the products and cleaning equipment. If you do have any allergies or sensitivities please do let us know so we can accommodate accordingly
Get in touch via Whatsapp, text, phone or email. We will ask you a few questions about your home including size, cleanliness and home address/location. We will then give you a quote. Videos or images of your home will really help st this point to help us give you an accurate estimated quote
A General clean involves vacuuming, dusting and wipe downs of exterior surfaces. This package is perfect for homes that are relativity clean and get cleaned on a regular basis
A Deep clean is a detailed clean which includes everything listed in a general clean with the addition of light organisation of all rooms, skirting boards, back splash, doorhandles & light switches. The deep clean takes longer than a general clean as we pay attention to detail. Deep cleans are recommended for first time clients or clients who have not had their home professionally cleaned before as his will allow for extra time to clean areas that may have been missed or not touched in a long time
This really depends on how much your home is used, at a bare minimum we would advise once a month. A really good median are bi-weekly or weekly cleans as this will allow for your home to kept on top of
That really depends on your chosen cleaning package and size of your home. A small 2 bedroom home for a general clean will take on average 1hour -1hour 15mins
You can absolutely rescheduled provided we have at least 48 hours notice. For emergency rescheduling, give us a call as soon as possible
Cancel 48 hours before to your cleaning session to receive a full refund
Cancelling within 24 hours of your session will result in a non – refundable full charge
No, you don’t have to, although, for the first clean you DO NEED to be home
We will try our best to give you the same cleaners
Our working hours are Monday – Wednesday 8am – 8pm
You payment will be taken on the day of cleaning
